Welcome to twentin.com!

twentin.com is a platform for mentoring services.

The following terms and conditions (these "Terms of work") govern your access to and use of twentin.com website, including any content, functionality and services offered on or through www.twentin.com (the "Site").

Please read the Terms of Work carefully before you start using this platform.

By using the platform, opening an account or by clicking to accept or agree to the Terms of Work when this option is made available to you, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these Terms of Work and our Privacy Policy, found in Privacy Policies, incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not want to agree to these Terms of Work or the Privacy Policy, you must not access or use the Site. For more detailed policies surrounding the activity and usage on the Site, please access the designated articles found on in the table of contents on this page.

Twentin is purely a freelancing platform. Hence, any entity on this platform is not formally binding with twentin.

Our Customer Support team is available (support@twentin.com) 24*7 through a separate channel called as Customer Relationship Management Center (CRMC). If you have any queries regarding this platform or it’s Terms of Work, you can contact our CRMC.

 

Key Terms:

Mentoring is a freelance service offered on Twentin.

Mentors are users who offer and perform these freelance services through mentoring on Twentin.

Aspirers are users who purchase these freelance services offered by mentors on Twentin.

Order is a formal agreement between an Aspirer and Mentor after a purchase was made by an Aspirer.

Disputes are disagreements experienced during an order between an Aspirer and Mentor.

Earning is the money Mentors earn from completed orders.

 

General Terms:

  • Only registered users may buy and sell mentoring services on Twentin. Registration is free.
  • Your login email id once entered while sign-up cannot be changed.
  • Aspirers make payments to Twentin while creating an order.
  • Mentors gain account statuses (Levels) based on their Feedback and Ratings. Advanced levels provide them with cash benefits.

    L0 mentor: Rating between 1.0 to 1.9 at any point of time

    L1 mentor: Rating between 2.0 to 2.9 at any point of time

    L2 mentor: Rating between 3.0 to 3.9 at any point of time

    L3 mentor: Rating between 4.0 to 5.0 at any point of time

  • Mentors must always complete their orders and cannot cancel any orders. However, you can limit your offers to Aspirers by limiting your plans in the “Manage Plans” section on the setting page.
  • If you will be unavailable for any personal reasons during a planned period, kindly let your already subscribed as well as new aspirers about this at least one month in advance through the “Manage Availability” section on the setting page.

Note: Your profile will get hidden immediately as soon as you specify the duration of your inactivity. This will ensure that no new Aspirer opts for your services in that duration.

  • In case of non-completion of 3 orders consecutively could lead to disciplinary action. It could lead to termination of Mentor’s services from Twentin.
  • Mentors are prohibited from encouraging Aspirers to make payments using any method other than placing an order through Twentin. If any entity is found involved in such type of unethical activities, then that entity is bound to face disciplinary action. It could lead to termination of both entities involved in the transaction.
  • We have tried our best to avoid plagiarism on our platform. Aspirers are highly recommended to use the application docs of their respective mentors for reference purpose only. Aspirers are also highly encouraged to avoid plagiarism and twentin will not be liable to any disciplinary action if the Aspirer is found guilty by any respective authorities.
  • All the application docs of Mentors including its content is a property of twentin and its illegal and unauthorized use by any entity is liable to face legal as well as disciplinary actions.
  • Mentors are highly recommended to tweak the content they upload so as not to disclose any personal information. Twentin will not be liable for any concern raised in relation to this issue.
  • Aspirers are granted all copyrights for the delivered work by Mentor.
  • Twentin reserves the right to use all published and delivered work for its marketing and promotional purposes.
  • We care about your privacy. You can read our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is a part of these Terms of Work.
  • To protect all of our users' privacies, requesting or providing personal email addresses, Skype usernames, telephone numbers or any other personal contact details to communicate outside of Twentin in order to circumvent the Twentin messaging system or Twentin platform is not permitted.
  • Twentin does not provide any guarantee of the level of services offered to Aspirers. You may contact CRMC (support@twentin.com) in case of any concerns.
  • Twentin does not provide protection for users who interact outside of the Twentin platform since they are actively violating our Terms of Work.
  • All information and data transactions must be performed exclusively through Twentin's platform.
  • Rude, abusive, racist, communal, improper language or violent messages will not be tolerated and may result in a warning or suspension/removal of related accounts.
  • Twentin reserves the right to permanently disable accounts due to breach of these Terms of Work or due to any illegal or inappropriate use of the site or services.
  • Users with disabled accounts will not be able to use services on Twentin.
  • Users who have violated our Terms of Work and had their account disabled may contact our CRM team for more information.
  • Mentors will be able to withdraw their earnings from disabled accounts after a lock-in period of 10 days and subject to Twentin's approval.
  • Twentin may make appropriate and necessary changes to its Terms of Work from time to time without any approval of its users.
  • You understand and agree that if you continue to use Twentin after the date on which the Terms of Work have changed, Twentin will treat your continued use as an acceptance of the updated Terms of Work.
  • Exchange of personal information between Mentors and Aspirers is strictly not allowed on this platform. If such an instance is found, twentin has the sole authority to take disciplinary action which it considers suitable pertaining to the circumstances. It may result in permanent termination of both the accounts involved.

 

Mentors:

  • Mentor is recommended to reply to a query raised by aspirer within 24 hours to avoid impact on his FRS parameter “Availability”.
  • Amount gets credited into your account after you successfully deliver an order with net earnings of 80% of the purchase amount paid by the Aspirer.
  • Twentin pays Mentors once an order is completed. See our "Orders"section below for the definition of a completed order.
  • Earnings are only made available for withdrawal from the “My Earnings” page following a safety clearance period of 7 days after the order is marked as complete. Only L3 mentors are eligible to withdraw earnings following a safety clearance period of 7 days after the order is marked as complete.
  • Withdrawals from your account may be disabled upon review of our Trust & Safety team. This may be done for security concerns in order to prevent fraudulent transactions, reported poor performance from your subscribed aspirers to CRMC or violations to our Terms of Work or if another Twentin profile is associated with your current profile. Enabling withdrawals will be evaluated by our Trust & Safety team following a review of your account.
  • If an order is canceled (for any reason), the amount paid will be refunded to the Aspirer.
  • The Mentor's rating is calculated based on the order reviews posted by Aspirer. High ratings allow Mentors to obtain advanced Mentor levels.
  • If the mentor does not reply within 24 hours for more than 3 times to a particular aspirer then, after 5 days the entire subscription amount will be refunded back to aspirer.
  • Manage Availability: Mentors are recommended to set the duration of their inactivity at least one month ahead of their plan. This will ensure that no new Aspirer opts for services during unavailability. But, the mentor has to deliver services to existing set of subscribed Aspirers.

 

Mentoring:

  • Mentoring provided by Mentors on Twentin is User Generated Content.
  • Mentoring may be terminated by Twentin for violations of these Terms of Work, which may include (but are not limited to) the following violations and/or materials:
    • Illegal or Fraudulent services, Copyright Infringement, Trademark Infringement
    • Copyright Infringement or Trademark Infringement reported through our Intellectual Property Claims Policy
    • Pornographic, Inappropriate/Obscene material or abusive language
    • Multiple accounts of the same mentor
    • Spam or irrelevant information
    • Mentoring misleading to Aspirers, including violations of third party Terms of Work
    • Selling of non-relevant goods and materials

Mentoring services that are detected for the violations mentioned above may result in the termination of the Mentor’s account.

  • Mentoring services that are terminated for violations are not eligible to be restored or edited.
  • Mentoring services may be removed from our Search feature due to poor performance and/or misconduct.
  • URLs shared in your mentoring services that redirect to third party websites or services are subject to approval and may be considered as inappropriate to use on Twentin.
  • All users on this platform are highly recommended to have an appropriate and professional profile image. This will lead to enhanced credibility of users.
  • Statements on Profile Page that undermine these Terms of Work are prohibited.

 

Levels:

  • Twentin is all about helping Mentors globally.
  • We seek to empower top performing Mentors with helpful tools to grow their earnings that can take care of their day to day expenses.
  • Mentors who diligently invest time and share knowledge can attract more number of Aspirers.
  • Mentors can gain levels based on their activeness, performance and services.
  • Advancement in levels is updated periodically by an automated system.
  • The current levels a mentor can achieve are Level 0, Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3(Top Rated).
  • Mentors who cannot maintain good quality of their services or stop delivering on time experience a severe drop in ratings impacting their earnings and risk losing their Mentor status and the benefits that come with it.

    For example: Late deliveries, warnings to the Mentor’s account and cancellations can cause a

    mentor to slide down to a level below.

 

Super-Premium Mentors:

  • Super-Premium mentors are invited and selected by Twentin based on seniority and community leadership.
  • Their eligibility is constantly evaluated by Twentin to ensure that the quality standard of Super-Premium services is maintained.

 

Withdrawing Earnings:

  • Your Twentin profile can be associated with only one bank account.
  • Earnings are only made available for withdrawal from the “My Earnings” page following a safety clearance period of 7 days after the order is marked as complete.
  • To withdraw your available earnings, you must select the desired withdrawal provider to initiate the withdrawal process.
  • Withdrawals can only be made in the amount available to you.
  • Withdrawal fees vary depending on the withdrawal provider/method.
  • Withdrawals once done cannot be undone. We will not be able to refund or change this process once it has initiated.

 

Orders:

  • Once payment is confirmed, your order will be created and given a unique order reference number.
  • Orders purchased with a combination of mentoring packs are considered as multiple unique orders.
  • Mentors must deliver completed files and/or proof of work according to the service that was purchased by the Aspirer and advertised by twentin.
  • There will be in all 4 iterations of review of application docs of Aspirer by the Mentor.
  • An Aspirer can opt to close the Mentor’s services at his own discretion by clicking the “Close My Packs” button on his home page.
  • An order is considered to be complete after the ratings & feedback is submitted by an Aspirer.
  • An order will be automatically considered to be complete if ratings & feedback are not submitted and no concern is raised by the Aspirer within 5 days of pack expiration.
  • We encourage our Mentors and Aspirers to try resolving conflicts between them (if any) by themselves in an amicable manner. You can always contact our exclusive Customer Relationship Management Center (CRMC) for assistance.

 

Handling Orders:

  • When an Aspirer orders a mentoring pack, the Mentor is automatically notified by an email as well as notifications on the website while he is logged in into his account.
  • Mentors are recommended to adhere to the delivery timeline specified for a particular mentoring pack. Failing to do so can affect his earnings through the feedback and rating system.
  • Users are responsible for scanning of all files for viruses and malware. Twentin will not be responsible for any damages which might occur due to site usage, use of content or files transferred.
  • A Mentor must contact CRMC to cancel an order at any given moment. However, this may have a negative effect on the Mentor's rating and Mentor will not get any compensation for the canceled order.

 

Reviews:

  • To prevent any misuse of our feedback system, all feedback reviews must come from legitimate sources exclusively on the Twentin platform from users within our community.
  • Purchases determined to artificially enhance Mentor ratings or to abuse our platform with purchases from additional accounts will result in permanent suspension of all related accounts.
  • Feedback comments and ratings given by Aspirers are publicly displayed on Mentor’s profile.
  • Withholding the delivery of services, files or information required to complete the mentoring service with the intent to gain favorable reviews or additional services from Aspirers is strictly prohibited.
  • Once a pack subscribed by an Aspirer expires, he has 5 days to respond to FRS and submit a review. If no response is submitted within this period, then the order will be considered as completed.
  • All users on Twentin strictly communicate and engage only through orders. Any instance encouraging users to connect offline, i.e., redirecting to communicate on other platform if found, will be liable to strict disciplinary action. It might also result in termination of all related accounts.
  • Twentin supports a friendly, community spirited and professional environment. All users on the platform should also maintain that spirit while involving in any activity on Twentin. This section relates to the expected conduct, users should adhere to while interacting with each other on Twentin.

 

Reporting Violations:

  • If you come across any content that may violate our Terms of Work, you should report it to us through support@twentin.com created to handle those issues as outlined in our Terms of Work.
  • All cases are reviewed by our support team. To protect individual privacy, the results of the investigation are not shared and decision taken by CRM team will be considered as final and binding upon all entities. You can review our Privacy Policy for more information.

 

Violations:

  • Users may receive a warning to their account for violations of our Terms of Work or any user misconduct reported to our support team.
  • A warning will be sent to the user's email address and will also be displayed on the Site.
  • Warnings do not limit account activity, but can lead to your account being permanently disabled depending on severity of violation.

 

Non-Permitted Usage:

  • Adult Services & Pornography- Twentin does not allow any exchange of adult oriented or pornographic materials and services.
  • Inappropriate Behavior & Language- Communication on Twentin should be friendly, constructive and professional. Twentin condemns bullying, harassment and hate speech towards others. We allow users a medium for which messages are exchanged between individuals, a system to rate orders and to engage on other platforms like our social media pages.
  • Phishing and Spam- Twentin takes the matter of all its users security seriously. Any attempt to publish or send malicious content with intent to compromise another user’s account or computer environment is strictly prohibited. Please respect our user’s privacy by not contacting them for commercial purposes.
  • Privacy & Identity- You must not publish or post other user’s private and confidential information. Any exchange of personal information required for the completion of a service will not be tolerated. Users who engage and communicate outside of Twentin will not be protected by our Terms of Work.
  • Intellectual Property Claims- Twentin will respond to clear and complete notices of alleged copyright or trademark infringement. Our Intellectual Property claims procedures can be reviewed.
  • Fraud / Unlawful Use- You may not use Twentin for any unlawful purposes or to conduct illegal activities.

 

Abuse and Spam:

  • Multiple Accounts- To prevent fraud and abuse, all users are restricted to create and use only one active account. Any additional account determined to be created to circumvent guidelines, promote competitive advantages or mislead Twentin community will be disabled. Mass account creation may result in disabling of all related accounts.
  • Targeted Abuse- We do not tolerate users which engage in targeted abuse or harassment of other users on Twentin.

 

User Generated Content:

  • User Generated Content ("UGC") refers to the content added by users as opposed to content created by site. All content uploaded on Twentin by its users (Aspirers and Mentors) is User Generated Content.
  • Twentin does not check user uploaded/created content for appropriateness, violations of copyright, trademarks and other rights. We invite everyone to report violations together with proof of ownership as appropriate. Reported violating content may be removed or disabled.
  • Furthermore, Twentin is not responsible for the content, quality or the level of service provided by Mentors. We provide no warranty with respect to mentoring, delivery and any communication between Aspirers and Mentors. We encourage Aspirers to take advantage of our rating system and some common sense in choosing appropriate mentoring service offers.
  • By offering a service, the Mentor undertakes that he/she has sufficient permissions, rights and/or licenses to provide, sell or resell the service that are offered on Twentin. Mentors advertising their mentoring online must comply with laws and Terms of Work of the advertising platform or relevant website used to advertise. Failing to do so may result in removal of mentoring and may lead to suspension of Mentor's account.
  • For specific terms related to Intellectual Property rights and for reporting claims of copyright infringement (IPR notices) or trademark infringement - please see our Intellectual Property Claims Policywhich forms an integral part of these Terms of Work. Note that it is our policy in appropriate circumstances to disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

 

Ownership and limitations:

  • Unless clearly stated otherwise on the Mentors mentoring page/description when the work is delivered, Aspirer is granted all intellectual property rights and copyrights for work delivered by Mentor. Also, Mentor waives any and all moral rights therein.
  • The delivered work shall be considered as work-for-hire under the Indian Copyright Act.
  • All transfer and assignment of intellectual property to Aspirer shall be subject to full payment for the mentoring and the delivery may not be used if payment is canceled for any reason.
  • Mentors further confirm that whatever information they receive from Aspirer which is not in public domain shall be kept confidential and shall not be shared or used for any purpose whatsoever other than for delivery of ordered work to Aspirer.
  • Furthermore, users (both Aspirers and Mentors) agree that the content users voluntarily create/upload to Twentin including mentoring texts, docs, photos, videos and any other information including the delivered work may be used by Twentin for marketing and/or other purposes.

 

Disclaimer of Warranties:

YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT OR ANY SERVICES AND ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH THE WEBSITE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT OR ANY SERVICES AND ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH THE WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. NEITHER TWENTIN NOR ANY PERSON ASSOCIATED WITH TWENTIN MAKES ANY WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION WITH RESPECT TO THE COMPLETENESS, SECURITY, RELIABILITY, QUALITY, ACCURACY OR AVAILABILITY OF THE WEBSITE.

THE FOREGOING DOES NOT AFFECT ANY WARRANTIES WHICH CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

 

Limitation on Liability:

IN NO EVENT WILL TWENTIN, ITS AFFILIATES OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE THE WEBSITE, ANY WEBSITES LINKED TO IT, ANY CONTENT ON THE WEBSITE OR SUCH OTHER WEBSITES OR ANY SERVICES OR ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH THE WEBSITE INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PERSONAL INJURY, PAIN AND SUFFERING, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF DATA, AND WHETHER CAUSED BY TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), BREACH OF CONTRACT OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE.
