- Do I need a Paypal account to offer services on twentin?
Yes, in order to offer services on twentin, having a Paypal account is mandatory.
- What will be the impact of “Report Abuse” on Mentor?
All “Report Abuse” queries raised by Aspirer against a particular Mentor will be first reviewed and investigated by our CRM team. Upon investigation, if the issue is found to be valid by CRM team, a penalty of $5 will be imposed on Mentor. The penalty will be charged from the earnings.
- What will be the impact of “Report Abuse” on Aspirer?
All “Report Abuse” queries raised by Mentor against a particular Aspirer will be first reviewed and investigated by our CRM team. Upon investigation, if the issue is found to be valid by CRM team, a penalty of $5 will be imposed on Aspirer. The penalty will be charged in terms of unlocking the same Mentor profile again.
- How can a mentor withdraw his earnings?
The mentor has to register on Paypal with email id used while signing up on twentin. He then has to raise a payment request to payments@twentin.com with the desired amount. Payment request will be processed within 24 hours.
Note: Please do not request for a payment greater than “Available Funds”.
- By when is a mentor obligated to reply to a query raised by an aspirer?
Mentor is recommended to reply to a query raised by aspirer within 24 hours to avoid impact on his FRS parameter “Availability”.
- What do the various “Report” cases imply?
Wrongly Tagged: The aspirer has asked a question not in line with the question tag selected
Irrelevant: The aspirer has asked an irrelevant question not pertaining to the on-going context
Abuse: The aspirer has asked something that is considered to be abusive by mentor or vice-versa
- What happens when I deactivate my account?
Your profile gets hidden immediately.
However, if you are a Mentor then providing service to current set of subscribed Aspirers will be mandatory.
There will also be a cooling period of 30 days for disbursement of earnings from the day the account is deactivated.
- How to reactivate your profile?
To reactivate your profile again, simply drop a generic mail to our CRM team at support@twentin.com
10. Who can be a Super-Premium mentor?
Super-Premium mentors are selected and invited by twentin.
However, an existing mentor can be eligible to be a Super-Premium mentor when he has provided good quality services (Basic/Premium) to at least 50 Aspirers.
11. CRM policies:
Report Abuse: Decisions taken by CRM will be considered as final and binding on all parties involved.
12. Are there any limitations on the review of admission docs?
Yes, for both Premium & Super-Premium plans, an Aspirer can review 1 SOP, 1 Resume, and 1 Essay of 1000 words each with a maximum of four iterations.
13. Will mentors create my admission docs from scratch?
No, mentors on twentin will only give technical and non-technical content insights into the aspirer’s admission doc. Please do not request the mentors to create the entire admission doc since this is not recommended by Universities too.
You can always refer the mentor’s admission docs though to gain valuable insights and create yours which is completely unique and stands out from fellow applicants.
This will also help curb plagiarism and in turn will be beneficial in your admission process.
We have ensured to restrict plagiarism to maximum possible extent.
All of the Mentor’s data is the property of twentin and its unauthorized use by any party can result in violation and can also be subject to disciplinary action.
We highly recommend the Aspirer to use docs of the Mentor for the sole purpose of reference and create their own original content with the insights from Mentors.
Twentin is not responsible for any plagiarism that may happen on its platform and any party involved in such type of unauthorized activities are liable to face disciplinary actions from the respective authorities.
14. What happens when a mentor doesn’t reply at all?
If the mentor does not reply within 24 hours for more than 3 times to a particular aspirer then, after 5 days the entire subscription amount will be refunded back to aspirer.
- Is there any limit on withdrawals for Mentor?
Yes, a Mentor cannot withdraw an amount less than $50 at any point of time.
